Reign Art is very excited to invite you to participate in the Renascence Arts Festival. Bringing together amazing local art, music and food to our City of Hartford. RAF takes place at 24 Francis Ave. in Hartford from 12:00 to 8:00 pm on August 26th & 27th, 2017.   1. We have dedicated space to showcase hand crafted merchandise from quality vendors. This space will not be shared with non-hand crafted vendors. If you are an Arts and Craft vendor looking to add a festival to your 2017 schedule, look no further. $25 per day for a 10ft x 10ft space must bring your own items (ie. chairs, tables and canopy)

Builders, contractors, suppliers, lawn care, landscape, equipment sells, swimming pools, fire places, windows siding, heat and air... anything that has to do with a home, lawn or garden we have room for you! Kick your fall off with new customers and contacts from the Renascence Arts Festival. $150 per day for a 10ft x 20ft space must bring your own items (ie. chairs, tables and canopy).

  3. This is for all the vintage and antique dealers! We're providing a great space for you to display and sell your goods. $75 per day for a 10ft x 10ft space must bring your own items (ie. chairs, tables and canopy)

General Vendor Festival Rules

Vendors must be compliant with all city, county, state and federal regulations that apply to ensure health, safety and the smooth operation of the market. If not already licensed, obtaining a temporary Food License or Itinerant Peddler License with the City of Hartford is required.

Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment. Garbage removal will be provided by the festival staff. Rentals of tables, chairs and canopy must be done in advanced.

Weather: Vendors should be prepared for all types of weather as the festival is outdoors.

Any rule violations or conflicts arising over the course of the festival will be addressed by the Festival Coordinator.

Vendors must arrive no later than 11:30 AM on the day of the festival each day and be ready to sell no later than 12:00 PM.

Vendors may not begin take-down until 8:00 pm and must ensure that their area is clean.
